General Rules

• First 3 prize winners of nine competitions (Table No. 1, Sl. Nos. 1 to 9; Code Nos. 02, 04, 06 to 012 at the Zonal level will participate in the State level competition in addition to the four direct state level competitions) (Table 2, Sl. Nos. 10 to 13; Code Nos. 01, 03, 05 & 013).
• The first prize winner at the State level will represent the Tamilnadu State at the National Conference, which will be conducted at Pune, Maharashtra from 20th to 22nd November 2025.
• The final year students who will be completing the course in October 2025 will not be registered for any competitions, since they may not be available to participate in the National conference.
• Students who win the first prize at the State level must participate in the National conference, and failing to participate will result in submission of explanations by the SNA Advisor and the Principal of the SNA unit.
• Please refer to the criteria for each competition and prepare accordingly.
• For four direct state-level competitions, only one entry per competition from the institution will be accepted.
• All competitions will be conducted concurrently. Colleges are advised to have a separate participants for sports and non sports events.
• Participants should be available when the lot is given and their names are called to perform. The organizers are not responsible for overlapping of events / names. No change of time or slot will be entertained at the request of any participant/institution for any reason.
• Participants must report to the event organizer at the venue one hour before the event.
• Participants should adhere to the timing strictly, and exceeding the time will lead to disqualification.
• Lots will be allocated one hour before each event at the registration counter for group events and individual events.
• The jury’s decision will be final, and no arguments will be entertained.

First prize winners at State Level have to fill the competition registration form for National Level competitions countersigned by the State SNAI Advisor

• The SNA unit should have been subscribed for the academic year 2023-24 & 2024-25 at the State level.
• All SNA members who are participating should carry their College ID card. Students without an ID card will be summarily rejected from participation.
• The SNA Advisor / faculty accompanying / participants should carry a copy of the SNA subscription receipt for the year 2023-24 & 2024-25 for the State. It should be produced at the registration desk for verification.
• Students can be accompanied by the Unit SNA Advisor, who should be a TNAI member.
• A bonafide certificate for students should be uploaded in the online registration and the original hard copy of the same should be made available for verification if required.
• Spot registration for competitions will not be accepted.
